About this destination

Ostional is a remote coastal village inside the Ostional Wildlife Refuge, where olive ridley sea turtles arrive by the thousands during the famous 'arribadas'. The beach is wild and untamed, and the village offers a genuine look at local beach life. Turtle tours are organized by the community between July and November. We provide private transfers from Liberia Airport in about 2 hours.
